Artist's Comments

I adore blossoms. Cherry Blossoms, Plum Blossoms, Peach Blossoms, Weeping Cherry.... all so very very pretty.

It's my favourite part of Spring - the blossoms ;-)

This is a photograph of our Cherry tree in the backyard. Damn, I love that tree.

Used the digital cross-process technique again. All apologies to my usual watchers who might just cringe at the sight of this! ;-)

i love the colouration, it seem to show off the blossems but in a darker way, its almost...emotive i guess, but only if you want to think about it, only advice is to pick up a little more of the blossoms in the picutre for coordination purporses

I love the contrast in this piece...it makes you feel as though you're really in the tree. And of course, cherry trees are just sexy ^_^

I like this a lot. The black lens like frame is a neat effect and the colours and focus in the photo work perfectly together.

Zip it up, and zip it out.

i thought that the colour is nicely adjusted... i have no idea what cross-process is... nevertheless i assume it to be a term describing the action of modifying the colour and contrast... anyhow, i think it is great.... good to see that you choose a subject matter different to your usual "urban environment"... :)
